D&R Insurance Administrators Inc. is recognized as a leader in benefit consulting. Its clients include traditional employer/employee groups, member association, and affinity accounts in both the private and public sector. It provides client services, benefit consulting, plan administration, and risk management to clients across Canada.

D&R was established in 1981 by James Drumm and Mary (Rowley) Drumm. In business for than twenty-five years, the company now includes the expertise of their two children, and other professional family members and staff. Just as a family recognizes the importance of caring for each member, so does D&R appreciate the importance of providing the right insurance package to meet the needs of both employer and employee.
