Knowledge of the industry, excellent tracking and reporting by the technical team, and close relationships with clients, enable D&R Insurance Administrators Inc. to ensure a client’s specific insurance needs are met and to contain costs of a program.
Although it is the responsibility of the consultant to do an on-going analysis of a client’s program, the team approach of a small business keeps all D&R executive members up to date with individual clients and related issues.
The consultant will meet periodically with a client to share information about current industry trends in employer/employee benefit insurance and how to prepare for these changes. Where appropriate, clients are made aware of industry seminars and invited to attend seminars and presentations conducted by D&R Insurance Administrators Inc. and affiliates.
Premiums are influenced by claims. Each quarterly report includes a one year, three year and five year forecast of costs segregated by coverage. Each month possible areas of containment are examined. Cost increases are reported and containment strategies suggested.
D&R’s Annual Report reviews the industry including information about new drugs and therapies, and any government changes and their impact.
