James Drumm, President and Founder

  • Involved in the Canadian insurance business for close to 30 years
  • Licensed Life Agent
  • Established D&R Insurance Administrators Inc in 1981
  • Works closely with client and Insurance Company

Community Involvement

  • Board of Directors – The Jeffrey Fleeton Memorial Fund
  • Supports numerous local and national charities including Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Hospital for Sick Children

Julie Drumm, Vice President

  • Joined D&R in 1993 and worked in various positions from Client Services Representative, Administration Manager (2000) to Vice President (2004)
  • Manages the Administration employees, engaging in new client prospects and existing client relationships
  • Responsible for operational and strategic planning
  • Reports directly to the President
