D&R Insurance Administrators Inc. provides full administration of day to day procedures including, but not limited to, claims inquiries, explanation of procedure(s), and schedule of benefits.

It designates a consultant to each client to oversee the account and to ensure that all members of the team are performing in a timely and efficient manner. The consultant makes sure the plan meets the client’s objectives and apprises the client of current benefit issues.

As a member of the team, a technical consultant is responsible for all financial matters pertaining to an account and negotiates the renewal, audits financial statements and determines proper funding requirements of any amendments.

A client service representative handles all the administrative, claims and services issues of specific account. The representative is supported by other D&R professionals who are available to offer any assistance a client may require.

D&R provides a single invoice and a single point of contact for the employer and employee. This is both convenient and cost efficient.
